Trinity Soccer coach Elie Jean has already signed new talent to fortify the roster that came within one goal of winning the NCCAA national championship in 2017. Coach Jean has now added a Jacksonville native who also plays in the UPSL. Please welcome Mr. Kyle Griffith.
Kyle Griffith — Jacksonville, FL
Kyle attended Bishop John J. Snyder High School here in Jacksonville. He was a four-year varsity starter and served as team captain for his final two years. Kyle played for Coach Christopher Deluca at Bishop Snyder. He is the son of Mr. Donald and Mrs. Krista Griffith.
As a Bishop Snyder Cardinal, Kyle scored a total of 11 goals and had over 30 assists. He has also played club soccer for Florida Elite Soccer Academy. Ever the athletic type, Kyle has also already played one year of college soccer at USC Sumter in South Carolina in addition to running track for all four years while in high school.
Kyle also currently plays on the USPL professional soccer team here in Jacksonville during the summers.
Kyle chose Trinity Baptist College for the Spiritual awareness and growth opportunities the school provides. Said Kyle, “I chose TBC because of the culture that it offers, and I would love to grow closer to God over the next few years. I believe TBC can help me with that.”
Kyle plans to major in education and become a teacher after graduation. His life verse is Philippians 4:13, which says, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
