Trinity Baptist College Men’s Soccer has added another talented player from Jacksonville. Terry Parker’s Jordan Chea, a midfielder, has signed on to play for the Eagles beginning in the fall of 2018. Jordan joins a very talented roster that has recently added on new players who will help the already mighty Eagles forge toward another NCCAA title.

Jordan Chea — Jacksonville, FL

Jordan is a graduate of Jacksonville’s Terry Parker High School, where he started on the varsity squad all four years under Coach Cameron Robinson. Jordan is the son of Mr. Sarim Chea and Mrs. Lynnette Chea.

As a Terry Parker Brave, Jordan earned Second-Team All-District honors for his performance on the field. He compiled 17 goals and 68 assists in his four years as a midfielder. Jordan also plays for the Jacksonville Armada Youth Academy U19 Elite.

When asked why he chose Trinity Baptist College, Jordan explained both athletic and Spiritual reasons: “…because it was close to home, and I heard they had a good soccer program,” he proclaimed. “I also knew that they could help me get closer to Christ and help to better my relationship with Him. So, overall, it was just a great fit for me.”

Jordan also stated his plans for after college: “…to continue my love for soccer by coaching the youth in the area and — in the future — to become an athletic trainer.” His life verse is Psalm 136:1, which says, “O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
